A first excursion to the capital for a grey haired gig goer since before Lockdown. Gorillaz celebrate freedom with a carnival style celebration in the huge arena that is Greenwich O2. Trips to Ronnie Scott’s and Abbey Road Studios are the appetizers for 36 hours of music based recreation.

The Spitfires return to the Holroyd Arms, Guildford; scene of their Lockdown dodging seated, spaced garden tent gig – this time it’s normal. On the way there a bit of Guildford Stranglers history.

Forest Folk – A Man They Couldn’t Hang

A journey to the unlikely setting of North Boarhunt Social Club – the first live gig since Lockdown started, by Phil ‘Swill’ Odgers of The Men They Couldn’t Hang, and the first since the sudden loss of fellow Men They Couldn’t Hang frontman Stefan Cush.
